Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients with a smile and professionalism
- Answering calls and managing appointments
- Organize and update the calendar
- Organize patient documents and files
- Prepare the schedule for the following week
- Assisting Lina with small administrative tasks at the office
- Serious, punctual, organized
- Comfortable with simple digital tools
- (WhatsApp, Google Agenda, etc.)
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Discreet and reliable
- Previous secretarial experience is a plus
Conditions:
- Work day : Monday
- Opening hours : 8am - 4pm
- Lieu : DJNEN SFARI - R sidence Immocastle
- Remuneration : paid per day (depending on profile and experience)
- Status: freelance or simple day contract
