Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients with a smile and professionalism
  • Answering calls and managing appointments
  • Organize and update the calendar
  • Organize patient documents and files
  • Prepare the schedule for the following week
  • Assisting Lina with small administrative tasks at the office
  • Serious, punctual, organized
  • Comfortable with simple digital tools
  • (WhatsApp, Google Agenda, etc.)
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Discreet and reliable
  • Previous secretarial experience is a plus

Conditions:

  • Work day : Monday
  • Opening hours : 8am - 4pm
  • Lieu : DJNEN SFARI - R sidence Immocastle
  • Remuneration : paid per day (depending on profile and experience)
  • Status: freelance or simple day contract
