Assistant Logistics Coordinator Vision Middle East

o Support with daily planning and organizing daily dispatch schedules based on delivery locations and priorities.

o Assist in coordinating with the 3PL warehouse for order processing and sharing shipment notice.

o Act as a central point of contact for the sales team, processing sales orders and providing timely updates on shipment status.

o Liaise directly with the delivery team and drivers to schedule and monitor daily dispatches, ensuring on-time deliveries.

o Coordinate effectively with 3PL warehouse and transportation partners to ensure seamless execution of storage and distribution activities.

o Knowledge of UAE's geographical areas and traffic patterns.

o Use Microsoft Excel to maintain logs, trackers and generate basic reports.

o Update and manage trackers for orders, shipments, and returns.

o Maintain accurate and organized records of all logistics-related documentation.

o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

o Experience in the FMCG(Food or non-food) sector.
