Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and calibration of machines to ensure optimal production efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor machine performance during operation, promptly identifying and reporting any irregularities or malfunctions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with lead operators to implement best practices and improve operational procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in machinery or manufacturing.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in a machine operation role.
  • Familiarity with operating machinery and understanding of production workflows is highly desirable.
  • Certifications in machine operation or safety protocols can be advantageous for applicants.
