Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Ensure full compliance with DFSA PIB requirements, timely PIB submissions, and adherence to DFSA Principles for Authorised Individuals
- Prepare and deliver capital adequacy, financial resources, and liquidity reports, along with budgets, forecasts, and stress scenario assessments
- Support finance, accounting, and control functions including IFRS compliant accounting, financial policy oversight, transaction reviews, and internal audit coordination
- Manage tax related responsibilities such as UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, regulatory updates, FTA representations, and support for outsourced tax/finance services
- Collaborate with senior leaders, auditors, and cross functional teams to ensure strong client delivery and protect information assets in line with ISMS requirements.
