Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifying Opportunities and Designing Campaigns based on customers needs, profile and behavior.
  • Liaise with such as products, segments, CX and others to present proposals to increase Cross Sell ratio, Improve NPS, reduce attrition etc
  • Design campaigns end to end: criteria applied to export the targeted list, channels to be launched, recurrence, communications messages, leads to be received, fulfilment process to be in place, campaign announcement memo, reports to be produced, departments to be involved in campaign monitoring
  • Monitoring the campaigns on a regular frequency.
  • Develop and present campaign performance reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Engage with stakeholders (such as products, segments, CX, Governance etc) to present campaign outcome, impact, and contribution

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or master s in mathematics/computers
  • 4+ years of experience in
    • OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence)
    • SQL
    • Reporting
    • Banking products
    • SAS
