Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively address and resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior management only when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify trends, root causes, and areas for service improvement, driving initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all customer interactions.
  • Manage and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring data accuracy and utilizing data insights to optimize customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to align customer service efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and disputes, finding mutually beneficial resolutions, and minimizing negative impact to the business.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, customer service trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve customer service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer service performance, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis and reporting, able to identify trends and insights to improve customer service performance.
  • Fluent in English and any other language, both written and spoken, depending on the target market. Arabic preferred.
