Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute destination activation events and programs that drive visitor engagement and brand awareness.

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to design and implement innovative activation strategies.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancement and differentiation.

Develop and manage activation budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Oversee logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination for all activation events.

Implement marketing and promotional strategies to maximize attendance and participation in activations.

Gather feedback and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of activations and make improvements.

Ensure all activations comply with safety regulations and meet organizational standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

At least 4-6 years of experience in event planning, destination management, or related fields.
