Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies for gaming and esports initiatives that cater to diverse audiences.

- Support the planning and execution of gaming and esports events, ensuring logistical efficiency and participant satisfaction.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive benchmarks that inform strategy development.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling event experiences that engage and attract participants.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of gaming and esports initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, highlighting strategic recommendations and project progress.

- Foster relationships with gaming and esports stakeholders, including developers, teams, and sponsors, to enhance collaboration and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Game Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in gaming, esports, or event management with strategic focus.

- Strong understanding of the gaming and esports landscape, including market dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
