Roles & Responsibilities

Summary: At Huda Beauty, beauty is a cultural force. We re looking for a Beauty Relationship Lead to join our influencer marketing team and build one of the most powerful, culturally relevant creator communities in the world. This role sits at the intersection of beauty culture, influence, and community. You ll be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing relationships with the most respected and fastest-growing beauty voices globally, from niche experts and educators to luxury tastemakers and cultural commentators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Talent Discovery & Global List Growth

  • Scout emerging and established beauty creators globally across social platforms
  • Identify voices driving real beauty conversation, education, and purchase influence
  • Lead global creator list growth strategy in partnership with regional markets
  • Build and maintain a live, tiered global roster of beauty creators and opinion leaders

Community Building & Seeding Strategy

  • Develop tailored seeding strategies that feel intentional, premium, and culturally relevant
  • Personally connect with top-tier creators to build authentic, long-term relationships
  • Lead outreach moments for launches, PR drops
  • Create elevated, surprise-and-delight experiences to deepen loyalty

Partnerships & Cultural Activation

  • Connect creators to product launches, retail moments and brand events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR and Influencer teams to integrate talent into broader activations
  • Explore innovative collaborations (pre-seeding, partnership content, cultural moments)

Relationship Management & Advocacy Growth

  • Serve as the key point of contact for creators globally
  • Maintain consistent communication and nurture long-term advocacy
  • Track engagement, loyalty, and brand sentiment across the creator community

Insights, Trends & Authority Building

  • Monitor beauty trends, niche movements, and cultural conversations
  • Track performance metrics (EMV, reach, engagement, conversion where applicable)
  • Provide regular reporting and insight recaps to internal stakeholders

Ways of Working & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate creator records (contact, tiering, rates/notes, content permissions).
  • Ensure disclosures, usage rights, and brand guidelines are adhered to; escalate issues promptly.
  • Contribute to playbooks and SOPs to keep global practices consistent

Desired Candidate Profile

Talent & Experience

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
  • 4+ years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or beauty/luxury partnerships
  • Strong understanding of beauty culture and creator ecosystems
  • Proven success building and scaling global creator lists
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience leading global campaigns and cross-functional projects
  • Established network within beauty, luxury, or cultural communities is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Global mindset with experience working across multiple markets
