Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role provides coordination and administrative support to the GRC and Business Excellence function. The role acts as an internal point of contact for risk, audit, governance, and policy-related activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) – Monitor organization-wide risks and report at the group tenet level.
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) - Support governance-related compliance queries from departments, reports and analytics, compliance tracking etc
Business Excellence - Maintain and organize policies, SOPs, and process documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
Strong interest in analytics, data, and systems
Comfortable working with trackers, dashboards, and structured data
2–4 years of experience in compliance, audit, or governance support
Strong documentation and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office, Power BI Dashboards/Reports
