Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability of critical infrastructure.
  • Lead the implementation of IT projects, from planning and execution to successful completion within budget and timelines.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, resolving problems efficiently.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, implementing measures to protect sensitive data and prevent breaches.
  • Manage IT budget, track expenses, and prepare financial reports, ensuring responsible resource allocation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Need to have IT experiennce in hospital or healthcare industry
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong work ethic.

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
