Roles & Responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an innovative and proactive Assistant Manager - IT Asset Infrastructure Delivery to join our rapidly expanding team. In this role, you will be integral to managing and delivering IT asset infrastructure solutions that support the operational needs of our organization.

Your expertise will be vital in ensuring that our IT assets are effectively deployed, maintained, and optimized, allowing our teams to perform at their best. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of infrastructure capabilities that meet the strategic goals of Qiddiya.


Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT asset infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring proper acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Implement monitoring and reporting systems to track asset performance and utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices for asset management.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management related to IT asset infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and recommend upgrades and enhancements to existing infrastructure.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in IT asset management and infrastructure delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in IT asset management, infrastructure delivery, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management frameworks and best practices.
  • Proficient in asset management tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Certified Asset Management Professional) are a plus.
