Secure Print Equipment Suppliers FZC is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Service for its UAE office (MENA Region).


The Assistant Manager - Technical Service & Customer Relations


The Assistant Manager Technical Service & Customer Relations plays a key role in overseeing and managing service operations across the MENA and Asian regions, ensuring efficient technical support delivery, high service quality, and overall operational efficiency.


Reports To: The Assistant Manager- Tech Service & Customer Relations will be reporting to the Manager - Tech Service & Customer Relations


Joining Period : Immediate.

Job Description


The Assistant Manager Technical Service & Customer Relations will be responsible for the following tasks:


  • Oversee and manage the engineering service team to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
  • Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and breakdown support for all equipment.
  • Allocate jobs, plan manpower deployment, and manage service schedules effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, promptly addressing service-related concerns.
  • Support customer retention through proactive service, technical guidance, and problem-solving.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all service activities, including manuals, reports, and technical records.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously enhance service quality.
  • Plan manpower allocation, schedules, and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Support the introduction and development of new Inkjet products in the market.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • B. Tech in Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical engineering
  • An MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and organizing abilities.

Minimum Experience

Experience required: 1220 years.

Some experience in Printing and/or Packaging sector is essential.


Location

The Assistant Manager Technical Service & Customer Relations will work from Sharjah, UAE.
