Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and organize day-to-day paperwork and documentation

Handle email correspondence and draft professional responses

Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis tasks

Assist the Country Manager with daily administrative and operational needs

Desired Candidate Profile

University graduate (preferably in Engineering)

Strong command of English (written and spoken)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to multitask

Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Based in North Lebanon (preferred)
