Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Palestine, United States. In this role, you will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, developing staff, and ensuring organizational goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in managing daily operations and workflow to ensure smooth functioning of the department
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and feedback to enhance performance
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and maintain effective communication
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
- Assist in budget planning and resource allocation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed
- Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations
- Step in for the manager in their absence, making decisions and representing the department

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes
