Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
The Assistant F&B Manager supports the overall delivery of high-quality food and beverage services across all stadium venues. This role focuses on day-to-day execution, team supervision, quality control, and ensuring consistent service standards across events. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience, team leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to stadium-scale.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, including concessions, VIP lounges, and hospitality suites.
- Supervise daily operations and ensure timely setup and readiness before each event.
- Coordinate with event planning, operations, and security teams to align service logistics.
- Support in recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising F&B team members.
- Monitor food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards during events.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company SOPs.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, stock rotation, and minimizing wastage.
- Resolve on-the-ground service issues, guest complaints, and last-minute challenges quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to implement upselling initiatives and promotional offerings.
- Support in post-event reporting and team debriefs to identify areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial F&B role, ideally in a stadium or high-volume event setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, local health regulations).
- ability to manage large teams under time pressure.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in POS and inventory systems.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays per event calendar.
Desired Candidate Profile
