Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Facility Management- Offices in UAE & KSA, Serviced Hotels & Apartments for employees

· Regional operational support to Finance, IT, HR (HR events & employee administration support) & Sales teams

· Support local procurement for business requirements

· Local IT asset management

· Maintain validity and renewals of licenses, MSAs, Contracts, registrations, and regulatory certificates etc.

· POC for all new requests to support regional business and compliance

KSA Government Portals / Department Compliance

· Manage and monitor health: Commercial Registration, Mudad, Qiwa, Ministry of Labor (MOL), General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), Muqeem, Chamber of Commerce (COC), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), SPL (Saudi Post & Logistics), Ajeer (Employment Clearance, if deployed at certain Client locations), National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Municipality (BALADY) , Civil Defence (SALAMAH), ZATCA & VAT (for certificate), Nafath APP - New GM for OTPs (Official), Monsha'at (Content certificate- SME), Fasah (Custom Clearance), Ejar (Rental Agreements)- Office- Digital City, Serviced Apartments,Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA), SBC (Saudi Business Center), Najiz, Efaa etc.

· Any other Government Portals / Department as required for Business

· Coordinate with respective regional GRO/PRO and ensure 100% compliance in terms of all aspects of Business in the region

UAE Compliance

· Oversee Trade License renewal (SAIF Zone) and other office/business compliance

Other Regulatory Compliances & Reviews

· Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

· Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, ensuring timely implementation of necessary updates.

· Identify and assess compliance risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.

· Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Training and Awareness

· Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand compliance requirements and regulations.

· Foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

Relationship Management

· Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies.

· Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to regulatory authorities.

Policy Development

· Develop and review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Coordination

· Liaise with Head of Risk & Compliance (Global) and legal PoA holders in the region for approvals and actions

· Coordinate with regional consultants (TASC & Aurion) and third party Vendors for compliance execution and documentation

· Coordinate with the Senior Leadership during any change activity

Governance

· Act as internal subject matter expert for all administrative and business compliance

· Advise regional management on legal/business obligations

Risk Reporting

· Escalate risks or compliance gaps to Risk & Compliance team

· Ensure audit readiness and compliance documentation control

Internal stakeholder Support

· Guide HR, Finance, IT and Mobility teams on policy implications across the portals/ government regulations.


Desired Candidate Profile

Nationality: Indian (expat) with existing Iqama or transferrable KSA visa preferred

Education: · Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Professional certifications in compliance or risk management are desirable.

Skills

· Strong documentation and stakeholder management

· Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies.

· Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage

Systems Knowledge

O365 and basic understanding of all regional government portals
