Job Purpose:

Responsible to rectify all the electrical & electronics related issues in the plant and Breakdowns should be attended and rectified within stipulated time frame.

Accountability:

• Execute Electrical & Electronics maintenance and project.
• Assist electrical head in managing all aspects of the maintenance and project of plant equipment.
• Attending all Break Downs with in defined time limits.
• Solving the Break Downs in minimum time to ensure the production does not get impacted.
• Arranging spares in the shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all the break downs are attended in their shift.
• All the break downs are attended in the minimum time.
• Reduce the electrical break down up to minimum level so that productivity increases.
• Complete the projects within stipulated time frame& economy.

Responsible for data integrity with ALCOA Principle:

• Applying the ALCOA principles helps prevent data manipulation, unauthorized changes, and errors, thereby enhancing the trustworthiness and reliability of the data. Organizations that follow these principles demonstrate their commitment to data integrity and regulatory compliance. Incorporating ALCOA principles into data management processes and documentation practices helps ensure that data remains accurate, complete, and reliable throughout its lifecycle.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E/ B. Tech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Should have 8-12 Yrs. of relevant experience

Technical and Behavioral Skills:

• Should have the in depth technical knowhow.
• Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant.
• Should be hard working
