Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for strategic talent acquisition with a strong focus on hiring high-caliber, internationally trained clinicians and leadership talent. Drive proactive headhunting, talent intelligence, and pipeline building to support specialized and super-specialty services aligned with the hospital’s premium positioning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles including Consultants, Specialists, Nursing leaders, niche allied health professionals and other non-clinical roles.

  • Partner closely with Clinical Leadership and Executive Management to anticipate talent needs for advanced specialties and service line expansions

  • Lead executive search and headhunting for senior and hard-to-fill roles through market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and global talent outreach

  • Build and maintain robust international talent pipelines (UK, Europe, North America, Australia, etc.) for premium clinical talent, including the GCC / Arab countries extensively.

  • Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, strong employer value proposition, and long-term relationship building

  • Conduct talent market intelligence on compensation, availability, and competitor movements to support hiring decisions

  • Ensure strict adherence to UAE healthcare licensing (DHA/SHA) and international credentialing standards

  • Collaborate with external search firms, professional bodies, and international recruitment partners

  • Drive a great candidate experience aligned with premium brand standards

  • Monitor advanced recruitment metrics such as quality of hire, leadership hiring success rate, and pipeline health

  • Develop the TA team (for Manager role), instilling a consultative and research-driven hiring approach

  • Responsible for TA team meeting their acquisition targets & performance parameters

  • Ability to source, and effectively work with other vendor partners to meet the acquisition needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field

  • 8-12 years (Assistant Manager) / 12-15years (Manager) experience in healthcare TA, preferably in tertiary care / JCI-accredited hospitals

  • Proven track record in hiring senior clinicians/non-clinical/allied staff, senior consultants, super-specialists, and leadership roles

  • Strong international sourcing exposure and professional networks

  • Deep understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and global credentialing standards
