Assistant Manager/Manager - Next Gen-AI

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Lead / Manager to drive the strategic adoption and implementation of Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI strategy, model governance, AI audits, and enterprise AI transformation, along with proven experience in managing end-to-end AI engagements and stakeholder relationship

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Strategy & Implementation

• Lead the design and implementation of Generative AI strategies aligned with organizational business objectives.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI/ML transformation initiatives , ensuring scalable and responsible AI adoption.
• Architect and deploy Gen AI solutions , integrating advanced ML models into business workflows.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and build implementation roadmaps to maximize business impact.

AI Governance, Audit & Validation

• Lead AI model audits, validation, and governance assessments to ensure compliance, transparency, and model reliability.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering model risk management, bias detection, explainability, and regulatory compliance .
• Evaluate enterprise AI systems for performance, ethical risks, and governance adherence.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to institutionalize responsible AI practices .

Center of Excellence Leadership

• Establish and manage the AI & ML Center of Excellence (CoE) to standardize AI delivery frameworks and best practices.
• Define operating models, governance structures, and reusable assets for AI programs.
• Mentor AI teams and guide project execution from ideation to deployment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide executive-level visibility into AI program outcomes.

Pre-sales & Business Development

• Partner with sales and consulting teams to drive pre-sales and client solutioning efforts for AI/ML opportunities.
• Develop AI solution proposals, value propositions, and implementation strategies for enterprise clients.
• Support business growth by identifying new AI opportunities across industries.
• Present AI capabilities and strategic roadmaps to senior client stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Delivery Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI & ML initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI initiatives with enterprise priorities.
• Manage project governance, resource planning, and delivery risks.
• Act as the strategic advisor for enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
