Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate and oversee all aspects of outside catering events, from initial client contact to post-event follow-up, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage and mentor a team of catering staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored catering solutions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and cost-effective menu options that align with client requests and event themes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field to establish a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Holds a minimum of 3 years of experience in outside catering or event management, demonstrating practical industry expertise.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Exhibits exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple events simultaneously.
