Roles & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include supporting senior management in policy formulation, conducting process audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance existing policies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about process improvement and want to make a significant impact within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and revision of organizational policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of process changes and ensure effective communication to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather input and ensure alignment on policy initiatives.
- Provide training and support to staff on new and updated policies and procedures.
- Monitor relevant legislation and best practices to inform policy updates and development.
- Prepare reports and presentations on policy and process metrics for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in policy development or process improvement, preferably in a project management or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of organizational policy frameworks and process management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with policy and process management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with various stakeholders.
