Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Source and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, consumables, and services.
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation.

Production Management

  • Assist in production planning and scheduling based on demand forecasts.
  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations and workforce allocation.
  • Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for smooth operations.

Quality Assurance & Control

  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures across production stages.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for defects.
  • Maintain documentation for ISO/GMP compliance and customer audits.
  • Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
