Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Procurement & Supply Chain
- Source and negotiate with vendors for raw materials, consumables, and services.
- Monitor purchase orders, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation.
Production Management
- Assist in production planning and scheduling based on demand forecasts.
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations and workforce allocation.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams for smooth operations.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures across production stages.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analysis for defects.
- Maintain documentation for ISO/GMP compliance and customer audits.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
