Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager, Public Relations (GCC and MENA) in implementing strategic PR plans that enhance Atlantis Dubai s brand positioning across regional markets.
  • Manage media outreach, press materials, and PR content creation in both Arabic and English.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media, influencers, and digital content creators across GCC and MENA countries.
  • Assist in organizing press trips, media events, and influencer collaborations to promote the resort s offerings, including rooms, dining, wellness, marine experiences, and entertainment.
  • Monitor and report media coverage, analyzing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Support in crisis communications planning and brand reputation management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned across all communications.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage PR administrative tasks including media lists, content calendars, and budget tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant PR experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional writing and editing skills in both languages.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC and MENA media landscapes and cultural nuances.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with media monitoring tools and databases.
