Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support end-to-end real estate transaction advisory, including acquisitions, divestments, and capital raising.

Conduct investment analysis and financial modeling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis).

Assist in deal structuring, underwriting, and preparation of investment memoranda.

Engage with institutional investors, funds, developers, and corporate occupiers.

Perform market research, feasibility studies, and portfolio optimization analyses.

Monitor market trends, capital flows, and regulatory developments impacting real estate and capital markets.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 5 years of experience in real estate capital markets, investment banking, or advisory.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

Understanding of real estate asset classes and investment structures.

Experience with institutional clients and capital providers is a plus.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to Argus/real estate tools is a bonus.
