Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing retail leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Manage the lease lifecycle including lease negotiation, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
Coordinate site visits, prepare leasing proposals, and present lease agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify leasing opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to promote retail spaces and enhance property visibility.
Support property management in addressing tenant issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Prepare leasing reports, occupancy forecasts, and budget tracking.
Ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in tenant onboarding and handover processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven experience in retail leasing, commercial real estate, or property management.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of lease agreements, commercial terms, and real estate market.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management software.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
