Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop four core teams: Onboarding, Restaurant Operations, Inventory Management and Admin Account Managers.
- Manage performance, KPIs, and SLA delivery across all regions.
Onboarding Operations
- Ensure fast and accurate activation of new partners.
- Oversee training, credentials creation, tablet delivery, technical support, switches, and merges.
Restaurant Operations
- Guarantee flawless partner go-live through QA calls, menu/content verification, test orders, and training validation.
- Improve NPS and activation quality.
Inventory Management
- Manage tablet and SIM card stock, allocation, contracts, and GSM invoices.
- Oversee end-of-deal collection and reduce faulty stock issues.
Admin Account Management
- Oversee administrative requests: replacements, terminations, new contracts, annexes, bank updates
- Support Account Managers teams with accurate and timely backend operations.
Operational Excellence
- Standardize SOPs and centralize processes across markets.
- Lead improvement projects on vendor incubation, reachability, churn validation, price disparity
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with logistics, finance, sales, and training.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Vendor Ops, or similar.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading large teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
