Assistant Manager/ Senior Engineer - Production, Quality

Designation : Assistant Manager / Senior / Junior Engineer - Production ,Quality, Supply chain management / Procurement and Logistics
Exp : 3 to 15 years


Job Description:

  • Report to the Production Manager.
  • Assist the Production Manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and timesheets.
  • Appoint lab our and purchasing stock toward the smooth running of the production process.
  • Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and hiring Employee.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the production process.
  • Ensure that production is completed before deadlines.
  • Procure and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
  • Update the Production Manager on the status of projects.
  • Liaise and coordinating production with other departments.
  • Resolve employee disputes, where requested.
  • Previous experience working in a related industry preferred.
  • Ability to confidently and proactively supervise production teams.
  • Exceptional analytical ability toward solving production-related concerns.
  • Knowledge of procuring materials, equipment, and employee needed throughout the production process.
  • Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Examine and test existing contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectivenes
  • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
  • Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
