Roles & Responsibilities

  • · Creating and briefing the agency on social media promotion & implementation
  • · Coordinating with agency for creative requirement based on management’s instructions
  • · Acquiring Promotion Permits & Mall Permits
  • · Marketing & POS requirements for Store
  • · Confirmation & delivery of online orders
  • · Sending store memos for related promotion & updates
  • · Managing and handling customer queries and complains received online.
  • · Managing and handling social media pages & websites
