Assistant Manager Strategy

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB)

Responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of SAIB s strategy, by contributing to the development and translation of the overall strategy into operational business plans, to achieve the bank s objectives.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the bank's strategic plan. Support the conduct of thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Document and maintain competitors' activities, products, and market positioning. Provide insights on competitive threats and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Support development of financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives on the bank's performance. Assist in the cost-benefit analyses and present findings to key stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments, including business, control and enabling functions, to ensure alignment of strategies across the organization. Support facilitation of workshops and meetings to gather input and build consensus on strategic priorities. Assist feasibility studies related to new strategic initiatives to facilitate and inform decision-making, while their viability and alignment with the organization's goals and resources. Prepare strategy planning reports timely and accurately to keep senior management and leaders informed and updated on strategic initiatives and progress.
