Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold brand voice, tone, and messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead integrated 360° campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
  • Manage annual/monthly marketing calendar aligned with business priorities.
  • Provide creative direction and approvals on all marketing materials.
  • Guide content creation and campaign narratives.
  • Own social media calendar and performance.
  • Manage events, activations, and partnerships execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Growth, CRM, Product, Operations).
  • Brief and manage agencies (social, PR, influencers) for aligned delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team (Marketing Executive & Copywriter).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Master’s degree/certification in Brand Strategy or Integrated Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing/brand management with execution experience.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic; strong UAE market knowledge required.
  • Experience in consumer tech or mobility preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of brand strategy, messaging, and multichannel execution.
  • Strong project, campaign analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

  • % of campaigns delivered on time and in full.
  • Message consistency across channels.
  • Campaign effectiveness (awareness, engagement, conversions).
  • Brand health (awareness uplift, top-of-mind recall).
  • Social media growth and engagement.
