Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our events, enhance our brand visibility, and drive business growth in the UAE market and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for various events, aligning with business objectives and target audiences
  • Create and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently
  • Track and report on marketing KPIs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring high quality and brand consistency
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the events industry or tech / creative environment
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Arabic is a plus
  • Basic design / video editing experience (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools)
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
