Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care by monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in patient conditions promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including sanitizing equipment and ensuring proper waste disposal.
- Support patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, fostering their dignity and independence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A completed nursing assistant program or equivalent certification is essential for foundational knowledge and skills.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting, providing a solid background in patient care.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification to ensure readiness for emergency situations and patient safety.
- Experience working in diverse healthcare environments, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
