Roles & Responsibilities
RALS HEALTHCARE Clinics is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our growing healthcare team in Bur Dubai. The ideal candidate will hold a valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter and demonstrate strong clinical support skills, with preference given to those experienced in Aesthetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist doctors and nursing staff during patient examinations and medical/aesthetic procedures
Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, etc.)
Provide basic patient care including hygiene support, mobility assistance, and comfort measures
Communicate effectively with patients and ensure a positive patient experience
Maintain accurate patient records and update EMR systems in a timely manner
Assist in sample collection and basic laboratory coordination
Support stock management, including inventory tracking and Goods Receipt Note (GRN) handling
Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines, infection control protocols, and clinic policies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and nursing areas
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Valid DHA license or DHA eligibility letter
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Prior experience in aesthetic procedures is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of EMR/documentation systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to speak and understand English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
Willingness to participate in continuous medical education and training
