Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily lounge operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to operational standards to create a premium guest experience.
  • Manage and mentor a team of lounge staff, including training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue generation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures and protocols, including safety and security measures, to guarantee a safe and efficient lounge environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field to have a strong foundation in the industry.
  • Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in airport lounge management or a similar role within the hospitality industry to demonstrate industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrates experience in team leadership and staff management, with experience in training, performance management, and conflict resolution is essential.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of customer service principles, with a proven ability to handle guest interactions and resolve complaints effectively.
