Assistant Operations Manager

Assist the Operations Manager in various operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Enter and maintain accurate product descriptions and related information in the ERP system.

Prepare and issue manual reports according to brand owner requests and required layouts.

Track daily orders to ensure timely follow-up and address any discrepancies.

Manage and update the draft line sheet for each season in coordination with the brand management team.

Monitor brand websites regularly to ensure presentation, content, and product information meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position within the manufacturing, retail, or fashion industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent teamwork, motivation, and collaboration abilities.
• Awareness of internal and external customer service standards and expectations.
