We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on ASSISTANT OPS MANAGER to help lead the operations and maintain exceptional standards of luxury and service of a premium Men Grooming Lounge in Doha.

Role Overview

As the Assistant Operations Manager, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily lounge activities, optimize team performance, and ensure an unparalleled guest experience. This is a fast-paced role requiring a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of the local Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Assist in managing day-to-day salon operations, ensuring the lounge meets impeccable standards of cleanliness, luxury, and efficiency.

Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support a multicultural team of barbers, therapists, and front-of-house staff to achieve service excellence and sales targets.

Guest Relations: Maintain the highest level of executive guest satisfaction, professionally handling VIP clients and resolving any operational issues swiftly.

Inventory & Stock: Oversee stock control, inventory counts, and professional product ordering to ensure zero service downtime.

Performance Tracking: Help monitor daily KPIs, optimize staff schedules, and implement strategies to drive retail and service revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

Local Experience: Minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within Qatar is essential (Spa, Luxury Salon, Fine Dining, or Premium Hospitality sectors). Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply

Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with luxury grooming, wellness, or high-end hospitality standards.

Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills. Competency in salon software and POS systems is a major plus.

Attributes: A polished, professional presentation with a strong leadership presence and a passion for customer service excellence.
