Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Assistant Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of Offside. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional service delivery, smooth operations, and achievement of revenue targets while maintaining JA Resorts & Hotels high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service.

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the bar and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Maintain consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.

  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety regulations (HACCP).

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

  • Assist the Director of F&B in developing budgets, forecasts, and promotional strategies.

  • Maximize profitability through effective cost control, stock management, and upselling.

  • Participate in planning and executing themed events, live screenings, and promotions.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, and service teams.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Uphold JA Resorts & Hotels brand standards, grooming, and service excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a high-volume bar, pub, or casual dining outlet (sports bar experience preferred).

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.

Proven record of achieving revenue and guest satisfaction goals.

Proficiency in POS systems and understanding of financial reports.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexible working hours.
