Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description for Assistant Product Manager :
- Product Management:
- Work closely with and assist the product manager to establish the information to be presented
to customers.
- Act as a scientific guide for the field force to ensure the delivery of the information on product specs to customers efficiently, and may perform some field visits for more clarification if required.
- Implement product marketing strategy to ensure product stabilization.
Gather, measure, analyze, and ensure product line positioning by conducting regular visits to key customers.
- Develop and send regular analysis reports about market feedback and competition.
- Event Planning:
- Coordinate product marketing events such as conferences, dinners, Group meetings, etc., and attend all the events as a scientific reference for customers.
- Please communicate internally and externally to make sure that the event setup and tools are executed as planned by the product manager.
- Gather product-related scientific information to be presented to invitees through
different marketing tools according to the event objective.
- Liaise closely with invitees to collect and define customers feedback and
requirements either through or after the event to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company on behalf of the product manager if required.
- Product Related Training:
- Collect training requirements from the field force and direct sales, either soft skills training or product knowledge.
- Prepare and update training materials by reviewing and gathering the proper data to develop the training presentation.
Coordinate training setup and facilities, which include training location, rooms set up, and Training hall rental, with the product manager's approval.
Conduct and present casual, informal trainings throughout the quarter.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, marketing, business development, or product support role
- Prior exposure to or interest in product management or product marketing
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer support, product development)
