Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU LL DO:
- You will assist the Production Manager in implementing and maintaining an effective Production Management system.
- You will assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System across the Central Kitchen, updating documents and procedures as needed.
- You will oversee ordering, receiving, and proper loading of products, maintaining compliance with company standards.
- You will support cost optimization and waste control, ensuring proper scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to standardized recipes.
- You will coordinate with restaurant managers to understand production needs and ensure timely delivery of required products.
- You will help manage raw materials ensuring full compliance with Food Safety standards.
- You will follow up on food quality and safety, sanitation practices, and report any unsafe acts that may endanger product safety or quality.
- You will assist in training kitchen staff on new products and standard production procedures.
- You will help supervise and motivate the central kitchen team, ensuring a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- You will assist in ensuring machinery and equipment effectiveness and safety, coordinating maintenance, and reporting incidents promptly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Hospitality/ Food Production diploma or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (2-3 years of experience in food production or kitchen operations)
- Flexibility and willingness to relocate if required
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus
- Knowledge of food production concepts and practices
- Quality and food safety oriented
- Computer literacy
