Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate courses related to educational technology, AI in education, prompt engineering, and innovative teaching practices

Integrate AI tools and digital technologies into teaching, assessment, and curriculum design

Develop and update course materials in alignment with program learning outcomes

Conduct research and publish in relevant academic journals (for Assistant/Associate Professor ranks)

Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance activities

Supervise student projects and support academic advising

Contribute to departmental, college, and university committees

Engage in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

PhD in Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field (preferred)

Master s degree in a relevant discipline (acceptable for Lecturer rank)

Demonstrated knowledge of AI applications in education, such as adaptive learning systems, learning analytics, generative AI tools, and digital assessment platforms

University-level teaching experience (preferred)

Evidence of research, scholarly activity, or professional practice in educational technology (required for Assistant/Associate Professor ranks)

Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard or equivalent)
