Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will:
- Teach: Inspire and mentor undergraduate students in each of the majors being offered (and to be offered) in communication coursework, incorporating the latest advancements and real-world applications. Courses to be taught may include one or more of the following:
- Primary Undergraduate Course to be taught: Principles of Communication.
- Other Undergraduate Courses that could be taught (in coming years) include: Understanding Media and Technology, Professional and Business Communication, Introduction to Sports Media, Small Group Communication, and Interpersonal Communication.
- Academic Assessment: Collect learning assessment data as needed.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of innovative curricula.
- Mentorship: Guide and advise students, fostering their professional development and preparing them for successful careers.
- Service: Engage in service activities that contribute to the department, college, and university.
- Student Engagement: Support and engage in student focused activities to enhance the vibrant student population at the NHU-Riyadh campus.

Desired Candidate Profile
M.A. degree in Communication or related field.

- Applicants with a Bachelor's degree and significant college level instruction in communication will be considered.
- Teaching Excellence: At least 2 years of demonstrated excellence in teaching college-level communication courses, with a passion for student learning and mentorship.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with students. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Professional Experience: In media, public relations, business communication, leadership, or related communication-focused field
