Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach: Inspire and mentor undergraduate and graduate students in Marketing, incorporating the latest advancements and real-world applications. Courses to be taught may include one or more of the following:
- Undergraduate: Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Foundations of Digital Marketing, Global Brand Strategy, Advertising and Promotion, Social Media Marketing, Negotiation and Sales, Marketing Research in a Global Environment, International Marketing, Marketing Management, and Digital Marketing.
- Graduate: Marketing Analysis and Consumer Value.
Academic Assessment: Collect learning assessment data as needed.
Research: Conduct cutting-edge research that advances the field of Marketing
Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of innovative curricula.
Mentorship: Guide and advise students, fostering their professional development and preparing them for successful careers.
Service: Engage in service activities that contribute to the department, college, and university.
Student Engagement: Support and engage in student focused activities to enhance the vibrant student population at the NHU-Riyadh campus.
Desired Candidate Profile
You Need:
- Ph.D. in Marketing or related field
- Master s degree in Marketing or MBA with significant experience in college level instruction in marketing will also be considered.
- Teaching Excellence: Demonstrated excellence in teaching, with a passion for student learning and mentorship.
- Research Potential: A strong research record or the potential to conduct high-quality intellectual contributions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively engage with students. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
- Business Practice Experience: Business practice experience is well regarded.
