Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate psychology courses according to departmental needs
Prepare course syllabi, assessments, and learning materials aligned with program learning outcomes
Apply student-centered and evidence-based teaching strategies
Conduct scholarly research and publish in recognized academic journals (for Assistant/Associate Professor ranks)
Supervise student projects, research papers, and capstone assignments
Provide academic advising and mentoring to students
Participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement
Serve on departmental, college, and university committees
Contribute to accreditation, assessment, and quality assurance activities
