Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing action items to keep the team on track.
  • Track project progress against the schedule, proactively identifying and escalating potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Manage project communication, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and distributing project updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, showcasing practical application.
  • Holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, signifying a commitment to project management principles.
  • Exhibits experience within the construction or IT industry, indicating a relevant understanding of industry-specific projects.
