Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design reviews, ensuring constructability and adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor MEP contractor performance, tracking progress against schedules and budgets, and proactively identifying potential issues.
- Support the preparation and management of MEP-related submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve MEP-related issues, offering innovative solutions and minimizing project delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Holds relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a plus.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of MEP systems, including design principles, installation, and commissioning processes.
