Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals, ensuring cost-effectiveness for all purchases.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement strategies.
- Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrates proficiency in using purchasing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exhibits strong negotiation and communication skills, capable of building rapport with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
