.Dubai based Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Pre-Contract) – Consultants experience Job Description: We are looking for an Ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, UAE, to support pre-contract commercial and cost management for one of the Giga projects in KSA for a high-end residential villa community. This role requires a strong background in consultancy-led project environments, with a particular focus on experience gained on master planned projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Role Overview Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) for pre-contract, focusing on cost planning, value engineering, and procurement support. You will assist in managing significant high-end residential assets and associated community infrastructure (e.g., mosques, parks) while ensuring commercial viability and budget alignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities Full pre-contract services for master planned projects Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-4 years of overall professional experience in the construction industry. At least 2 years of experience in the GCC region, with strong recent experience working for a consultancy on pre-contract KSA projects. Proven track record in pre-contract support for high-end residential or large-scale community projects.
