Key Responsibilities

* Review and approve structural designs, shop drawings, and construction procedures for bridges, piles, girders, MSE walls, and roadworks
* Ensure compliance with ADQCC, ADM, and all project-relevant standards and specifications
* Conduct on-site inspections, verify material deliveries, and oversee contractor workmanship for quality and schedule adherence
* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and maintain construction progress
* Provide technical input during construction activities and prepare regular progress reports
* Evaluate method statements, material submittals, and construction techniques to support safe and efficient execution
* Maintain ongoing documentation related to structural works, inspection records, and engineering correspondence

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
* 15 years experience on major civil/structural projects such as bridges and underpasses
* Minimum 8 years UAE project experience
* Strong understanding of ADQCC and ADM standards
* Proficiency in CAD tools and structural engineering software
* Strong communication and reporting abilities
* Willingness to work on remote project sites when required
