Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience, from opening to closing.
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor food and beverage inventory, controlling costs through efficient ordering, waste reduction, and accurate stock management.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, ensuring compliance with all health regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Location: can be based anywhere in UAE and only those who are flexible to move should apply. Experience: 5+ years of relevant restaurant work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant. Language Skills: Able to read & write English Arabic an advantage
